Subject: Request for Quotations for Land Filling and Compound Wall with Pile Foundation

We are inviting quotations for the following civil works to be carried out at our Agricultural Land (2 Acres) at Chebrolu (Near Pithapuram) Village on NH 216:

Scope of Work:

1. Land Filling:
** The land on the East side is approximately 3 feet below the adjacent road level.
** The area needs to be filled and levelled up to 5 feet using good quality earth/ murram.
** Proper compaction in layers should be ensured to minimize future settlement.

2. Pile Foundation for Compound Wall:
** Considering the low-lying nature of the site and potential soil instability, a pile foundation is required for the compound wall.
** Suggested: RCC cast-in-situ bored piles or precast piles (please recommend suitable type based on soil testing).
** Minimum pile depth and diameter to be proposed based on site conditions and loading requirements.
** Pile caps and tie beams to be provided as needed for structural stability.

3. Compound Wall Construction:
** Total height: 10 feet above the (original) ground level.
** RCC pillars at 8 feet intervals (center-to-center) anchored to pile caps.
** Wall material: High-quality country bricks or cement blocks with proper plastering on both sides.
** Plinth beam and mid-height tie beam to be provided as needed.

4. Materials Specification:
** Cement: OPC 53 Grade
** Sand: Clean river sand
** Bricks/ Blocks: High-strength country bricks or cement blocks (specify in quotation)
** Steel: TMT bars (Fe 500 or equivalent)
** Concrete: M20 or higher grade for RCC works
** Pile concrete: As per structural requirement (usually M25 or above)

5. Quotation Requirements:
** Please provide detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, transportation, and equipment.
** Specify the type and dimensions of piles proposed.
** Mention the estimated timeline for completion.
** Include terms of payment.
