1. Job title: Project Manager
Qualification: B.Tech civil
Experience: 2 -5 years
Employment: Full Time
Salary: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
Job description:
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management
• check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc., and give them guidance when needed
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
• Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specification
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and operatives
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Understanding of ERP implementation
• Budget management experience
2. Job title: Adobe Photoshop & Social Media Coordinator
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Experience: 0-3 Years
Employment: Full Time
Salary: Rs.10,000/- to Rs.15,000/-
Job description:
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create, edit, and enhance images for marketing materials, social media posts, and other digital content
• Collaborate with team members to develop visually engaging graphics that align with our brand identity
• Prepare images for both print and digital formats, ensuring high-quality output
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage daily social media activities across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
• Create and schedule engaging content that incorporates visuals created in Photoshop
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our content relevant and engaging
Requirements:
• Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
