• We are looking for someone who can work in Application support team
• The person is responsible to support clients by analyzing and resolving the tickets opened by clients
• US Health insurance processing experience is added advantage but don’t have to be mandatory
• This one does not need lot of skills, we need someone who can speak well, write well (English communication skills should be excellent as they work on tickets)
• The person should be smart and willing to learn; we have training materials to teach
• Communication skills and ability to learn and take responsibility are Key the key skills, as they need to write back to client in tickets we want the person to really have good speaking and writing skills
