Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with NGO financial policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory filings.
• Handle fund management, donor reporting, and grant utilization.
• Oversee audits, internal controls, and financial risk management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team for efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: CA/ ICWAI
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance, with strong exposure to NGO financial regulations.
• Skills: Expertise in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and grant management.
• Knowledge: Well-versed in FCRA, Income Tax Act (for NGOs), and other statutory requirements.
