Position: Hospital Manager
Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Organization: Srikiran Institute of Ophthalmology – a unit of Sankurathri Foundation (NGO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and administration
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, administrative, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and healthcare regulations
• Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory systems
• Implement systems for patient care, safety, and satisfaction
• Monitor and report performance metrics
• Facilitate staff recruitment, training, and evaluations
• Liaise with government and external agencies as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management/ MBA (Healthcare preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with NABH guidelines is an added advantage
• Experience in managing a not-for-profit or mission-driven institution is desirable
• Work in a well-established institution serving thousands annually
• Opportunity to contribute to community health and outreach programs
