HEAD – INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS (OVERSEAS OPERATIONS)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our International Accounting function for our overseas companies and drive compliance, reporting and strategic financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the end-to-end International Accounting operations for overseas entities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting as per IND AS/ IFRS for group reporting
- Manage Import to India and Export from India transactions and related accounting
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI guidelines and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee international banking, forex transactions, remittances and hedging activities
- Manage consolidation, inter-company transactions and eliminations
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulators and overseas teams
- Prepare MIS, cash flow forecasts, budgets and financial analysis for management
- Implement internal controls and process improvements across international operations
- Guide and mentor the international accounts team

QUALIFICATION

CA/ CMA/ ACCA (Chartered Accountant)- Mandatory Additional certification in IFRS/ International Accounting/ US GAAP/ Diploma in Forex Management will be an added advantage.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Extensive experience in International Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Import into India, Export, Customs, GST implications
- In-depth understanding of FEMA regulations, RBI guidelines and foreign exchange management
- Experience in managing overseas subsidiaries / group companies accounting
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle audit, compliance and cross-border complexities efficiently

EXPERIENCE

8–12+ years of post-qualification experience in International Accounts/ Overseas Operations/ Group Reporting, out of which at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (Head/ Manager level).
