Cluster Project Coordinator (3 Positions)
Location: South Andhra, Central Andhra & North Andhra| 3-Year Project (June 2026 - May 2029)| Rs. 20k-25k/month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ground Implementation & School-Level Operations- Day-to-Day Oversight, Staff Management, Infrastructure Rollout
2. Programmatic Deliverables Execution- Academic Support, Specialized Training Tracks, Student Engagement Hubs, WaSH Interventions
3. Grassroots Stakeholder Engagement- Local Liaison, Community Mobilization
4. Data Management, M&E, and Reporting- Field Assessments, M&E Tracking, Progress Documentation
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/ MSW), Education, Sociology, Rural Development, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of grassroots, hands-on experience implementing community development or education-focused projects (experience working with residential schools or large NGO-backed initiatives is highly preferred).
Language Fluency: Absolute proficiency in Telugu (native speaking and reading required for school workshops) and functional working proficiency in English (for digital data collection and report writing).
Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a strong willingness to travel extensively across remote school locations within the assigned cluster.
Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong public-speaking/ facilitation abilities, basic digital literacy (smartphones, Excel, and photo documentation), and a deep passion for improving educational access for underserved children.
