Thoota is a dubbed version of Tamil Movie Thotta. Thoota is a gangster movie with a love story. In this movie jeevan plays a role of gang leader and makes a lot of money by executing murders for money. The officer becomes commissioner and indulges in all sort of shady activities with the help of powerful Thotta. Director Selva wasted no time in making his point clear, he was looking at a full length masala entertainer and that’s what he gave without doubt. His presentation was realistic, narration was near perfection, and however he focused more on the twists in the story which lost out on the projection of the protagonist.
