From the beginning Gopichand is known for doing mass movies. But this movie Lakshyam has brought Gopichand on the screen with a new face. He appeared in many romantic and family sentiment scenes. He also succeeded in doing the same. Anushka is paired opposite to Gopichand. He was very glamorous. The love chemistry between the pair worked out. Jagapati Babu appeared as sincere police officer. He added new life to the story. Director has come out with a regular revenge story but presented it in different way. All together the performances of the artists and music made the film work.
