Bumper Offer starring Puri's brother Sairam Shankar and Bindu Madhavi of Avakai Biryani fame is directed by debutant Jaya Ravindra and produced by Puri Jagannath on Vaishno Academy banner. Raghu Kunche debuted as music director with this film. Bumper Offer is all about a young man Sairam Shankar who does not want to marry due to the loss in his business. Although his mother keeps forcing him to marry he would escape by saying that his financial status is poor due to the fall in real estate. At the juncture, he falls in love with a beautiful girl (Bindu Madhavi) and after that the main story begins.
