Anaamika is Telugu film is a remake of the Hindi film Kahaani by Sujoy Ghosh. The Story is about a woman's desperate search for her missing husband takes her from New York to India. But everyone she meets, denies her husband's existence. Anaamika the protagonist, works in New York as an ethical hacker. She arrives in India, a city seeped in chaotic festive fervor on account of Durga Puja celebrations. She approaches local law enforcement authorities for help & finds a well wishing cop.Their efforts raise more questions than answers... the case attract CBI & Home Ministry... is there more than what meets the eye? Why are people with slightest of information killed? Is there someone trying to cover the trail? Has Anaamika's husband been made a victim of a national conspiracy? The movie's presentation is chaotic yet beautifully fresh, intensely emotional and provides a high octane thrilling experience.
