Our parents aged 70+ live in kakinada. They do not prefer to come and live with us in the cities. We are trying to make their life as comfortable as possible. I tried to pay their BSNL bills online. After the 1st payment, the bills are not appearing for payment. There is no response from customer care @ bsnl. Another problem I faced is to get a certificate from MRO that my name is deleted from my parents Ration card. If this site can provide the grievance cell numbers or customer care contact numbers of state and central government departments like BSNL, Civil Supplies, LPG, APSEB, Birth Certificates, Passport etc, it will be very useful.
