Required Telecallers (2 No's)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

** Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/ services.
** Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
** Conduct surveys or market research.
** Persuade customers to buy products/ services.

2. Inbound Calling:

** Answer customer queries and provide information.
** Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
** Assist with order processing, billing, or account-related inquiries.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

** Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
** Keep records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the system.
** Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

4. Sales and Target Achievement:

** Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
** Upsell or cross-sell products and services.
** Handle objections and negotiate deals.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

** Maintain call logs and customer feedback records.
** Report daily activities and outcomes to supervisors.

6. Compliance and Professionalism:

** Adhere to company policies and call scripts.
** Follow legal and ethical guidelines while interacting with customers.
** Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone at all times.
