Urgent requirement for video editor.

Job Title: Video Editor - YouTube Video / Instagram Reels and Explainer videos Storytelling.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor with a knack for storytelling through images and stock footage to join our creative team. As a Video Editor specializing in YouTube video content, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging narratives and enhancing viewer experience through visually compelling videos. Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro a deep understanding of content are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

** Collaborate closely with the content team to understand the narrative and visual requirements for YouTube videos.
** Edit and assemble raw footage and stock footage to create cohesive and engaging video content.
** Use After Effects for Visual Graphics and Premiere Pro to cut, trim, and arrange footage, ensuring smooth transitions and visual coherence.
** Incorporate stock footage and images strategically to enhance storytelling and convey key messages effectively.
** Optimize video pacing, timing, and rhythm to maintain viewer engagement throughout the video.
** Apply color correction, audio adjustments, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
** Stay updated with industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve the storytelling process.

Requirements:

** Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a focus on storytelling through images and stock footage.
** Proficiency in After Effects for Visualizing Graphical Content Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production.
** Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and visual storytelling principles.
** Ability to interpret content and know where to place stock footage appropriately to enhance the narrative.
** Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
** Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
** Creative mindset with a passion for video editing and digital storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field.

Experience creating video content specifically for YouTube or other digital platforms.

Must have knowledge in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.

Familiarity with audio editing software and techniques.

Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to tell stories through video content.
