Urgent Requirements for below mentioned positions:

1. Job title: Production Engineer/ Project Engineer
Qualifications: Diploma 10 years’ experience or B-Tech mechanical 5 years

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
2. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
3. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
4. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
5. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. Point of contact to work shop /filed in-charges
6. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
7. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
10. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to field in-charges
11. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
12. Ensure work shop machinery in proper working condition, liaise up with workshop in-charges and check production output according to specifications
13. Submit reports on performance and progress
14. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
15. Train new employees and workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
16. Monitoring of Objectives achievement
17. Submission of Daily DPR
18. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
19. Submission of Monthly report of Objective and KPI

2. Job Title QAQC Manager
Qualifications: Diploma 10 years’ experience or B-Tech mechanical 5 year (CSWIP Certification)

Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
2. Devise and review specifications for products or processes
3. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
4. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
5. Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
6. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
7. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
8. Approve the right products or reject defectives
9. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
10. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
11. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
12. Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
13. Submission of Daily DPR
14. Submission of Monthly report of Objective and KPI
15. Monitoring of team Jd’s, Objectives and KPI

3. Job title: Technocom Commercial Engineer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Registering inquiries received by mail
2. Arrange a physical inspection if required to assess the job
3. Preparing Material and any third-party service requirements for getting the cost
4. Preparing Quotations and submitting them to clients
5. Following up with clients till the job is awarded/ Declined
6. Issuing internal work orders to production to commence the works
7. Collecting work status from production and Updating clients
8. Getting work completions from clients
9. Final Invoicing and Payment follow-up
10. Maintaining KPI objectives
11. Meeting clients regularly as a part of marketing to secure local business
12. Forwarding inquiry mails from Company Mail ID to respective Mr. Customer. Maintain a daily summary of all the inquiries received along with status
13. Learn TCS Ion (ERP) in house and extract sale enquiry, quote, sale order and invoice sheets as and when required
