Job Description:

• Recording Of All The Financial Transaction And Updating To Higher Management Daily.
• Recording Of Purchases, Sales Tax Invoices, Expenses And Updating Higher Management.
• Follow Up On And Complete Office Statutory Forms Such as GST And TDS.
• Pro-active And Transparent Communication Within And Across The Department.
• Assisting in INCOME TAX Filing by Providing Necessary Details To The Auditor.
• Preparing And Updating The Company's Cash Flow Statement on a Regular Basis For Higher Management.
• Maintain Accurate Supplier Ledgers.
• Timely Update Of Project Financial Status To Higher Management And Clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (Preferred).
• Accounting: 1 Year (Preferred).
• Tally: 1 Year (Preferred).
• Excellent PC Skills Including Excel And Word etc., • Total Work: 2 Years (Preferred).
• Good Communication Skills.

2. Site Supervisor.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Related Field.

Job Description.

• Supervise The Work Of Laborers, Mechanics etc., And Give Them Guidance When Needed.
• Manage, Monitor And Interpret The Contract Design Documents supplied by The Client Or Architect.
• Communicate With Clients And Their Representatives, Including Attending Regular Meetings To Keep Them Informed Of Progress.
• Communicating The Progress Report To The Construction Project Manager.
• Check Plans, Drawings And Quantities For Accuracy Of Calculations.
• Plan The Work And Efficiently Organize The Plant And Site Facilities in Order To Meet Agreed Deadlines.
• Oversee Quality Control, Health And Safety Matters On Site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Related Field is Preferred.
• 1 Year Of Experience Working With a Construction Firm (Preferred).
• Can Read Technical Drawings.
• In-depth Understanding Of Construction Procedures, Tools And Materials.
• Problem-solving And Conflict-resolution Skills.
