Urgent Requirements for below mentioned positions:
1. Job Title: HSE Engineer/ Safety Officer, minimum 2 year experience

Job Description:
Safety Engineer Shall involve and assisting the site teams and managers by recognising hazards and seeking to minimise risks whilst creating, maintaining and improving the health, safety, environmental standards. He will be reporting to Manager (HSE)

Responsibilities:
1. Organize tool box talks.
2. Enforce and ensure PPE is being Followed by workers.
3. Conducting Site HSE inspections and maintaining the records
4. Enforcement and implementation of Permit to work System.
5. Conducting Safety Inductions for new employee
6. Organize and conduct Safety Trainings as per annual plan.
7. Assist Concern department on developing Risk Assessments.
8. Monitoring critical Lifting activities.
9. Organize and conducting weekly safety briefings.
10. Conduct Accident/ Incident investigation and record maintenance.
11. Display of Safety Posters and Signage at work locations.
12. Maintenance and record keeping of all HSE document files with proper update.
13. Organize and nominating Safety Champion of the month.
14. Maintenance of Safety equipment.
15. Submission of Monthly report of his Objectives and KPI
16. Maintaining and Keeping the records for OSHAS.

2. Job Title: Production Engineer/ Project Engineer
Qualifications: Diploma 10 years experience or B-Tech mechanical 3 years experience

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
2. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
3. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
4. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
5. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. Point of contact to work shop /filed in-charges.
6. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
7. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to field in-charges.
11. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
12. Ensure work shop machinery in proper working condition, liaise up with workshop in-charges and check production output according to specifications.
13. Submit reports on performance and progress.
14. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
15. Train new employees and workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
16. Monitoring of Objectives achievement
17. Submission of Daily DPR
18. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
19. Submission of Monthly report of Objective and KPI.
