Job Description: Inteq BPO is hiring Executives for voice & non-voice process to work in US time zone from its Kakinada centre (Night shift)
Total number of positions: 05
Qualifications: Degree/ Undergraduate any discipline
Experience: 6 months and above or Fresher with excellent English communication skills
Salary Package: Rs. 2,10,000/- CTC Per annum
Job Responsibilities:
• Non-Voice Process: Executives need to handle back-end operations such as Enrolment, Data Capture or Claims processing and Healthcare process documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Voice Process: Executives should contact International hospital billing departments or doctor’s office to obtain the required information for processing of Health insurance claims.
• Executives should comply with ISMS policies and procedures as published by the organisation.
Candidate Attributes:
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Should communicate effectively with all internal and external parties.
• Fluency in English language and excellent written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS-office skills.
