Project Manager - School Improvement Program
Kakinada, AP| 3-Year Project (June 2026 - May 2029)| Rs. 40,000/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership: Drive implementation, develop timelines, and establish monitoring systems across schools.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between APSWREIS officials, school principals, Tata Trusts, and partners.
Team Management: Supervise & support 3 regional Cluster Coordinators managing 20 schools across Andhra Pradesh.
M&E and Reporting: Conduct field visits, manage assessments, and prepare progress reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Management, Rural Development, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, with 2+ years in education/community development.

Languages: Complete fluency in both Telugu and English.

Skills: Strong computer proficiency, report-writing skills, and interpersonal abilities.

Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across project locations.
