We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive with experience in the marine industry. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of marine operations and commercial activities, with the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely vessel delivery to clients

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Salary: Negotiable

Shift: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day marine operational activities
2. Coordinate with Commercial, Technical, Crewing, Procurement and other departments to ensure timely vessel delivery and project execution
3. Liaise with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met
4. Organize operational meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
5. Prepare professional presentations, reports, and operational updates for management and clients
6. Monitor operational schedules and ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements
7. Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders
8. Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
9. Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, dedication and loyalty to the organization
Required Qualifications & Experience:
** Strong knowledge of vessel operations, chartering, port operations and marine logistics.
** Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
** Ability to prepare presentations and operational reports
** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
** Self-motivated, work-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure
Preferred Candidate Profile:
** Experience in offshore, shipping or marine service companies
** Strong commitment to teamwork, integrity and customer satisfaction
** Highly organized, dedicated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
