We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR RECRUITER to join our dynamic team. We have openings for experienced HR (1 nos) in Kakinada. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks within our company.

Department: HR (Recruiter/ Payroll/ Operations)
Experience: 3 to 5 years as HR
Qualification: MBA (preferable).
Salary: Negotiable
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Shift: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:
** Source Candidates through job portals, media & employee referrals
** Screen Resumes, schedule interviews & coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
** Conduct reference & background checks
** Assist in preparing offer, appointment, relieving & experience letters.
** Manage and maintain employee records, documents & data related to payroll

Required Skills:
** Proven experience as HR/ Admin
** Knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination
** Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
** Maintain performance record & support the performance appraisal process
*** Experience in Payroll management and time keeping
** Proficiency in excel, MS office, PF and ESI compliances
** Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
** Good communication skills in both oral and written formats
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
** Good organizational and time-management skills
