hi guys dont go for YOUBROAD BAND. ten days before i have given a plan change request till now it was not rectified. really they are providing a worst service. more than 10 to 15 times i called to vizag custmer care but there is no use. kakinada land line no is always not working. At the time of connection executive said that they will rectify any complaint within halfen hour. dont beleive thier words. when compared with other networks it is cheap but they are providing very bad service..
if you have any important and compulsory works on internet please dont go for youbroad band.
Hi guys, 'YOU BROADBAND' is the worst internet provider in kakinada.. mainly these sales executives are very busy that they can't even lift the customer's calls not even once in 60-70 times.. i already paid money for new connection and its been 15 days. i have called customer care for 4 times and they are also unfit for doing job.
sales executive name- veerababu from kakinada. he is the most irresponsible guy. talking rudely that too after living my call after 60 times. Thanks for ur cooperation. and i will never suggest this network to any of the person in kakinada
