i have gone there for the minor issue of my laptop which is in well within the warranty in the month of May 2014. They have taken the complaint and told that they have called once they got the spare from samsung. But up to yesterday there is no response. I went there yesterday on (27.06.14) and asked about the status but they are not respond professionally and told me to come next day. i have asked them my complaint reference number, but they not gave that. Overall i experienced is very bad. Expecting their response after this..
