I bought a AO Smith Geyser. While selling they promised everything will be fine any problem will be taken care as it comes with warranty. Now after 5 months when geyser stopped working they are saying the technician who installed the geyser has stolen one of the parts and we don't take responsibility of that. You have to buy that part because it is already 5 months and we can't track the technician. This is , if my English is right , called cheating. It's not about the part i have to buy again but about the sellers integrity that they can't take responsibility if one of there staff is a thief.
