One of the best Yoga centre I have ever been to. The trainer takes care explicity and is very friendly. I can see myself transforming from a lethargic person to pro active girl 😁😊

Hi , this is vimala, worked as a teacher and I had to quit my job to take care of my mother in law who is suffering from Alzheimer's. I have been staying at home since two years and became so inactive and depressed. I joined Patanjali yoga classes and with in one month I could see a lot of change within myself both physically and mentally. I have become active , energetic and thanks alot to Guru Kamala Ramesh Garu for her able guidance.

I am doctor by profession and I have been practicing yoga from 6 months under the guidance of guru kamala ramesh.. It's good for health.. It has helped me a lot to improve my breathing and also it has helped reduce my weight. I recommend guru kamala ramesh to all my acquitance.

I am a student and in the final year of the graduation. I have been practising Yoga since two years. I was above 70 Kgs of weight, had anger management issues and have been an introvert. Through the practise of Yoga and with the personal attention of Kamala madam, I have learnt to deal with my anger and also become active and social. It also helped me discipline myself, improve my memory, peaked interest in my studies and have reduced around 10 Kgs of weight. I am still practising Yoga and it has become a part of my everyday.

I am a home maker and have started practising Yoga under the guidance of Guru Kamala madam from one year. I was above 80 Kgs when I have started practising Yoga and in a span of one year, I have reduced 30 Kgs. And also yoga has helped me with dealing with Thyroid. With the guidance of Guru Kamala madam, I have developed positive living. Yoga has changed my life for better and now it has become the most important part of my life.

What an amazing experience to be practising yoga under the able guidance of Guru Kamala Ramesh! I have had my pre natal yoga practise and it helped me to sustain the labor and have a normal delivery, and also post natal yoga practise has helped me lose my baby fat. All this was possible only because of the personal attention of Kamala Ma'am. This is my second time around with her. Never does Kamala Ma'am lets us leave the class tired and exhausted but relaxed and energised all the more. Her style of approach is specific to every student according to their needs. Also her yoga sessions have helped few women concieve, who have had a long history of infertility. I would recommend her all of my aquitances for yoga sessions.Vineela

I practiced yoga under d Mrs.kamala ramesh. Yoga is d best medicine for any health problem. When We have to follow d correct way of practising it. She gives clear instructions and guidance, pays care and attention each and ever student.she has wonderful relaxed quality which makes the student feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend kamala ramesh yoga classes. Yoga is a slow, meditative kind of yoga that required constant awareness in the present moment which I enjoy.

Hi iam padmaja and iam practiced yoga under superstition of kamala mam.She teaches well and take care of each student very well according to their personal problems.I have been facing PCOD problem since two years and have taken many treatments but i wont get rid of that until i joined yoga.After practicing yoga for just about 3 months,my problems get cured and now im very happy with my health condition.Due to practicing yoga one can get peace of mind,concentration and a healthy life especially for ladies. So i suggest all the ladies here to spend atleast an hour for your own health and kamala mam would support very well in this regard.And this yoga center is specially for ladies.so no issues regarding privacy.Hope all of u will utilize the oppurtunity of this good yoga insitute.

I hav reduced my weight, n concentration n stamina in me are greatly increased after going to the classes... Kamala mam is a proficient n a super qualified teacher.. She takes care of each n every student.. She teaches yoga based on the body constitution of each n every student.... Thank u mam for helping me get through my problem... I have joined in yoga About an year ago.i feel very good after doing it daily.Madam teaches very well.my frnd joined yoga with me many doctors said that she wont get pregnancy for 15 yrs but after doing yoga she got pregnancy.we can cure any disease by doing yoga daily..

It has been more than year i'm practicing Yoga under the guidance of Mrs. Kamala Ramesh. Yoga really changed my life style which brought immense energy and stamina despite of asthma. For my mother who has cervical spondylosis, got great relief within 2 months. Undoubtedly it's a best yoga center.

I completed my masters in biotechnology. I have been practising yoga since 2months under the guidance of Mrs. Kamala ramesh. I am so glad that I got a great teacher who takes personal care of each and every student and knows all of our health problems and teach accordingly to get rid of our existing health problems and also avoid future problems. She encourages and motivates us by her inspiring words and care. I personally experienced a lot of change in the flexibility of my body. We are also practising yoga kriyas( the internal body cleaning practises). I have done jala nethi, sutra nethi and vaman douti where first two cleans the nose and the parts of head while the latter cleans the digestive system. Our teacher had taken the utmost care to make me comfortable and perform the procedures correctly. In my madam's words, " yoga is not a kind of exercise. It is the best medicine for any health problem. The only thing we have to follow is the correct way of practising it." And we are very happy that we got a best practitioner. Thank you

She has given clear instructions which have helped me a lot. She is a very good teacher, After joining the yoga classes I have reduced my weight, laziness & constipation. Yoga is the best way to transform body and mind.It helps to gain concentration.Especially Kamala mam teaches each aasan in a perfect way.She puts special interest on each and every member of class until they learn it in a perfect way.I never miss any class of hers because doing yoga in guidance of Kamala mam makes me refreshing.I think this is the right place to learn yoga.

This is dhasna(s/w engg) from chennai, Tamilnadu. Its been immense pleasure to write about our yoga master(Mrs.kamala ramesh) above it our dear aunt. She had come to chennai to meet her daughter. Regardless of language difference , she could able to brilliantly handle us by understanding our needs. and Main thing here is our entire apartment life style changed, early wake up,health conscious,sharing etc etc...Yoga is just an exercise until i met her, but its not so..its a stress relief measure . thanks a lot for all your support Aunty. I sowjanya staying at chennai,kamala mam taught me yoga when she came to here to her daughter house.she taught me very interestingly.By doing yoga i reduced my weight and i feeling active and confident also.she is a great mam that i got a chance to learn yoga from her. Even though she came here for vacation she spent time for yoga without absence and she motivate us to do regularly without failure.Myself really thanks to mam that i got chance to learn yoga from her.

kamala mam is such an amazing yoga instructor.The way of teaching yoga is very nice.From the first day itself i feel very refreshing and also active through out the day.I decrease my weight also.Practicing yoga has given me a greater awareness of my body and mind,allowed me to become whole and healthy .she gave very clear instructions which helped me alot.I enjoyed her classes very much and learnt alot,i would recommend anyone of any age to learn yoga.Thanku mam for a memorable experience of this month.
