The staff does not explain the process, and left me in the room alone without any information. The management seems to be lacking as the staff was making a ruckus outside. Very unprofessional. I have been to Naturals in other locations and they have been much better.

I asked for full body massage service but they given only massage to my back n legs that's all and they charged two thousand for that , I never expected such a bad service on any naturals . U people really owe me a answer . Very bad service .
