It's a hotel i have been visiting since my childhood, it's an excellent hotel with the best quality tiffins, but recent management changes made the hotel i remember (customer friendly one) to a very commercial one, please take care to take "EXACT CHANGE" for the items you purchase as the management is very reluctant to provide you the change, except the above issue everything about the hotel is extraordinary.
