I am a resident of Alamuru(EG Dt.).There is a Baptist Church opposite my house.They use loud speakers every day to sing songs .This is creating severe noice pollution every day .They don't even show sensitivity that huge sound will create severe heart and other problems.10th/Inter exams are in progress.They are not be able to concentrate on studies.Any body can understand once in a week prayers.But daily is nusence and creating hatred rather than bending towards Jesus.Any thing excessive will not be tolerated for long.Perhsps the Church in charges are not aware of Noice pollution Act.,2000.,They have to obtain permission from competent Authority under the statute to use loud speakers.Only 15 days in a year it will be allowed.The sound at the periphery should not go up beyond 5 decibels than permitted in residential areas.There is a hospital where inpatients in the hospital and silence has to be maintained nearby hospitals.This church don't bother about that.Let them pray whole day .No problem but they should allow the residents / neighbours to live in peace.I am writing this in great pain.I urge up on the HQ of Baptist churches and Mr.Rstnakumar to properly counsel the local priest.The location is near Govt.Hospital AlamuruN
