Rajahmundry, Oct 6^th: Railway General Manager Mr.Harikishan Padhi on his way to Vizag , for inspecting the new rest houses for the railway drivers,  had surprisingly visited Rajahmundry railway station on Tuesday and inspected many departments.

      GM first visited reservation counter and enquiry room after which retiring room, auto stand, officer’s rest room and other facilities had been inspected. He checked all the old records and enquired regarding them. He said that “all the rest rooms, office rooms should be kept clean including the station premises”.

       Padhi asked the officers to develop the booking counter on the eastern side and asked to close the reservation counter doors on the first platform.  Senior divisional manager Vijaya Bhaskar, divisional managers Guptha, Srinivasa Rao, Manager Bhaskara Subramanyam took part in this inspection.
