STPI anniversary held at Royal Park

Kakinada, Feb 3rd: The 3rd anniversary celebrations of Software Technologies Parks of India (STPI) was organized at local Royal Park hotel here on Wednesday. Director of STPI, Hyderabad, Mr. P. Venu Gopal attended as the chief guest for the program. Speaking on the occasion he said that in the last 3 years the STPI has provided placement to many of the software professionals and revealed that till now 24 companies were established under it and at a total of nearly 1200 IT professionals are working in various cities. Former Chief Minister, Dr. Y.S Raja Shekar Reddy and defense minister Pallam Raju are the main persons behind the establishment of STPI in Kakinada, he added. He also revealed that they are going to organize awareness programs for the students under the guidance of Information Technology experts. JNTU principal EV Prasad promised to extend all his help for the development of STPI.

Aditya Group of Educational Societies secretary Mr. Satish Reddy, KIET representative Mr. John, GIET representative Mr. Sasi, JNTU-K director Padma Raju and others took part in the celebrations.
