The movie is a must watch for all aspiring writers and directors, actors. Most of the aspects shown in the film are what are called true art and talent of film making. At a age close to 60 a person who could wooh... the glam girls, who could stun the whole film faternity with his awesome and involving performance. who could teach the younger generations, why only shear class does the trick even when you do not have good supporting star cast, why always the story is the god of all the filmmaking asopects. why only the person who respects the art can only really succeed all the time while others fail. Which ever movie you take from the beginning of his career, He was always a stand-out performer even with the likes of chiranjeevi and rajani as his co-stars. he paved the way for classic films of his time. Loved his work whole heartedly. left critics apart, stole all the girls and film critics hearts with equal elagance. he is none other than THE KAMALHASAN. Proud to call him so. Aspects and Ratings: The star cast of the film, other than abhi deol and kamal hasan there were not many noted charecters or the so-called stars in the film, but still it was a feast to watch kamal acting, dancing etc. Screenplay: writeen by self, this was truely beautiful part of the film, sorry for the no. of times the film got postponed and cut indescriminately and ruthlessly, to spoil the visual feast. Camera : The angles used in the film were extremely commendable and this film deserves an academy nomination if it were to be any one indian film. Acting and Performance : as always kamal's stand-out performance steals the show. the way the people around him supported the show and also the the treatment of all the technical department deserves respect from everyone. All technicians who worked with the film can put their resumes to the hollywood starting from lights to the final PRO. only that these sort of flicks get into controversies in india is not acceptable. This is one of the movie which is technically excellent in all respects. Kamal hasan played all round show in this movie. Must watch movie.

nice work by mr kamal ji. i completely liked the overall plot, at some point the movies feels somewhat stint, but the twists and turns perplex u. and make u glued to ur zone.

xcellent movie with hollywood style of making...but screenplay downs..and climax not at peaks....of course part 2 is there but common man cant understand thhe screenplay...

Just like any other spy movies, the hero (great actor kamal hassan) plays a con i.e classical dancer and a RAW agent as well as MI-6. As a classical dancer he has a wife who is fed up with him for not satisfying her. Again as a RAW agent he captures and stops the terrorist activities of the afghan group in the US.

movie is good to watch kamal sir had guts to handle this typical contraversial subject, i feel he succed we wait for the 2nd part
