A mediocre movie which speaks poorly of the Director. Being a sequel to Chandramukhi is fine but that does not mean he should simply duplicate the characters of Chandramukhi. It appeared as though he simply made the same movie again but with different actors. Chandramukhi had wonderful songs and Rajnikant fitted the role well. I like Venkatesh. He was fine in the movie but he could not match Rajnikant. All the more so because the Director made him to imitate Rajnikant rather than let him act in his own way. The actors did nothing wrong. It was the Director who killed the movie.

Good Movie,can watch once.Not exact like chandramukhi but 50% of the movie have been like that remaining 50% is fresh story..Venkatesh performance was good especially in raja's and aghora's character.comedy has missed in the movie when compared with the chandramukhi..As a new comer richa gangopaadyaaya did her job well...as well as anushka had scored 100% marks with her ultimate performance....flashback episode of anushka have picturised well....music was not at all good...just we can tell that this film also have songs for that sake only the music is given...we can un doubtedly watch it for 1 time for graphics especially in the climax.....have a good day friends.....

Not so exciting movie, so much hype was created but nothing great in the movie, though it is a squeal to chandramukhi it is not necessary to keep same type of characterizations in the movie, director did the same thing, he has repeated the same type of characters as it is in the old movie, he would have tried some thing differently, though the link is given well to the chandramukhi movie but director is failed to make that link as successful. Story is ok but except venky's performance nothing is great in this movie, Richa & anushaka did well, finally I felt as I am watching chandramukhi second time.,

naagavalli movie overall good. Especially first half taking excellent. P Vasu's direction and screenplay is good. Other technical departments like camera by Shyam K Nadu and Sound Effects by Guru Kiran was impressed.
