The manager at sky furniture is Mrs. Madhavi. Her behaviour with the customers is very worst. Very arrogant. She uses abusive language. She treats vulgerly with customer.I baught my office furniture. After delivering the items i found they are damaged. I requested to replace the item. Her behaviour and response is worst to explain.
I have purchased a sofa set in Dec'16 from sky furniture at 38000 Rs. I was told that it has 5 years warranty and everything and they will rectify any problem in that duration.
After one week, i saw that some cracks have appeared on the wooden handle of sofa. I went to shop and told them the same thing. they told that warranty is for cushion only and not for the wood.When i argued further,they told me that they can will send someone to rectify the same.( put some varnish,hide the crack etc.)Although it is not acceptable .i agree for whatever can be salvaged. But even after my numerous calls and visits,no one came to rectify it so far (till 06 feb' 17).
They are very cordial till u purchase something,once u give money,they don't listen anything. my experience regarding their service is horrible.
One need to be very careful if purchase anything form this shop.
