One line review for this store:
Pathetic customer support.
Don't expect any support from them if you wish to buy anything from this store. No body pics the phones, even if some one pics the phone, they only answer you will get is "we don't know".

Most disappointing store
The store is unclean with mosquitoes. Their phone numbers do not work. Simply horrible experience with inexperienced staff. This way stores like this will prevent Kakinada from becoming a smart city
Ofcourse a nice place where you can complete your whole shopping. But very difficult to get our bill cleared and get out from it. Only one or max. two billing counters are available for the customers. Waste of time. After almost two hours of spending time there, I had to leave two full trolleys of items there and return home. Go there only if you have lot of free time.
And the clay diyas for Diwali i purchased there were of very low quality and worst finishing. They are only for one time use and throw.

Good Shopping mall with quality product and reasonable prices. But much more to be improved at billing counter to avoid clearing the customers.Most of the time one or two counters are in operation and giving inconvenience to the customers.
