best internet provider,superb broadband service. those who looking to new broadband connection, go a head with railtel, its a central gov product.

Don't even think about them .. used bsnl,cityonline,railtel .. this is the one of the worst broadband service provider in entire kakinada .. lot of issues like speed,ping,loss .. utterflop customer service ... Full Time waste ..Plans are High price than other ISP's You will regret after using this service .. I suggest better go for excel or directly go to BSNL
