My review for this shop is unfavourable because of bad treatment which I received from the staff of this shop, specially the lady who sits in the shop spoke to me too rudely as I reached to shop at 7.56pm and the closing time is 8.00pm. I just parked my vehicle outside and she closed the door. I entered from another door and requested her to give me medicines but she ridiculed me and started shouting to get out. She spoke so loudly ridiculing as if I was a thief or robber. I once again requested her that madam I am their regular customer but she started scolding again. She didn't respect the customer at all instead she made me feel that I was a burden there and shouted in front of so many people. This behaviour is not at all befitting a patanjali culture. While going I just told, ok, I will see from other shops and she replied, you can go where ever you want. Is this the way, they are supposed to speak to their customer. I don't understand why the owner allows such people to be at the front desk representing them. This is worst example of customer treatment. I have decided never to visit this shop again, not because the shop is bad but because the staff people who are representing the shop. If the owner sees my feedback, I request him to kindly teach his staff at least some minimum curtsey to behave with customers.
