Very unprofessional.Every time you call they ask you to call back in 5mins and dont respond there after.They've held the courier with them for a week and keep saying "will deliver in 10 mins"..Wondering why on earth is this courier service still surviving with such a bad service.

No words to describe this worst flight couriers.
We can get consignment sooner if delivered by snail.
One of the worst courier service in Kakinada ..
they kept my order for 7 days in their godown ..
They seems they are not at all interested to deliver to their customers ..
I request DTDC at cinemaroad is very very good .. they care your parcel and delivery at exact date ...
