I've tried with all other service providers like cityonline, youbroadband, and few wireless linked Each for 1 year. Service levels are too worst and in festivals or weekends, none respond at all. Lots of breakdowns in net. I came to know that i've wasted all my time till now, as not opting for Excell broadband. Using service of Excell since 1 year and i hardly called thrice. Once for plan upgrade, once for downtime for about 20min ( where they said backbone issue), Third time, i complained, they attended in 15min and at they rectified issue immediately. Guys, dont waste time for Local FRANCHISE Net providers like cityonline or you or Blu broadbands. Excell (kkd branch) being the only internet provider in Kakinada directly operated by company.

Not one of the,but, definitely and undoubtedly, the best Internet service provider i have ever seen with user friendly communication and dedicated customer services right from the start and i pride myself in recommending anyone who wants a new connection with best plans {you can change whenever you want}for fair price. You will not be disappointed once you enroll in their services and all you need to do is, visit their office once and decided for yourself. My only regret was i had to wait 2 years {Just to be sure}, to write this review this wonderful site.

excel one of the best n/w at cheapest cost,but at present the customer service is gradually getting decrease ,the gratitude towards the customer is not showing as the past

excellent service, high reliabilty, low cost, unlimited downloads. connectivity through optical fiber, wireless, and cat 5e cable
