Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is an all-India student organization, working in the field of education with a wider perspective of National Reconstruction. ABVP works with a faith in the collective existence of the educational community, a firm belief in constructive work and a nationalist approach, which stays above partisan politics.
Activities in Kakinada branch are> Organize blood donation service camps, planting herbs, fresher's day celebrations, constructive program's like Celebrating Vivekananda's B'day on Jan 12th, Nov 18th Jhansi Lakshmi Bai Jayanthi, Dec 6th Ambedkar Vardhanthi, Sep 15th Engineers Day etc.
Apart from above we actively participate in Agitation for Scholarship releases, Student welfare partition in politics etc.
Till now total members in this association are 9,700, and national wide upto 2008 are 15,00,000.
