Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Requirement: Required a Real Estate Sales Executive who can drive property sales by finding clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. Candidate should have market knowledge, communication, and relationship-building skills to meet targets and ensure client satisfaction from lead generation to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Lead Management:
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads; build and maintain strong client relationships; provide expert advice on buying/ selling/ leasing.
Sales & Negotiation:
Conduct property viewings, present detailed information, negotiate sales agreements, and close deals to meet targets.
Transaction Coordination:
Prepare documentation, coordinate with stakeholders (legal, finance), and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Essential Skills:
Sales Acumen & Negotiation, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Market Knowledge, Problem-Solving & Initiative, and Relationship Building.
